The Funeral Service will take place at St Swithun's Church on Friday 18th October 2019 at 11.00 am. Mr Leppard taught me Latin and RE, or Divinity as he preferred to call it, at the Brighton, Hove and Sussex Grammar School. Fond memories of him reading the Nigel Molesworth stories in the Summer Term after exams. A great character.

Very sad to hear of the passing of Mr Leppard. An inspirational teacher to me at Sackville some thirty years ago who encouraged me to pursue a career in Architecture. A genuinely funny character, gentleman and one of the East Grinstead greats. Thank you for inspiring me through your lessons and keep looking for the lost pennies wherever you might be now.
