Thanks to the staff at Queens Hospital, Burton-upon-Trent, the Oakland's Village, Swadlincote, Doctors and Nurses she saw at Swadlincote Surgery. To Alison Dolman, who conducted the wonderful service at Bretby Crematorium and to those who attended, thank you. Donations totalled £300.00 and have been passed on to the Alzheimer's Society. Finally to Adrian, Vicky and all the staff at J. Hylton and sons, Funeral Directors, for their help with the arrangements.
