DavidLEWINOn 27 June 2023 Dave died suddenly at Derriford Hospital aged 73. Dearly loved husband of Bernice, adored father of Claire and Jon (decd) ; kind and generous father in law of Troy and Catherine and proud grandad of Lauren, Leah and Ellie. Those who knew him loved him, a big man with a big heart. Private family service at Efford Crematorium on Tuesday 18 July at 1.15pm followed by a celebration of his life at Boringdon Park Golf Club at 2pm. All friends are welcome. Family flowers only, donations can be made in his memory to RNLI by visiting the website wcpltd.com.

A year has passed now since we lost "Sam" (as Dave was known to a select few). I will always remember him fondly and I still miss him terribly. All my love and best wishes to Bernice and family.

So sorry to hear of Dave's passing. One of the kindest and humorous men I have ever met. We had some great times together working at SAA and socially in Plymouth. I regarded Dave as my best friend and still do! They say as long as you're remembered, you're still there.
