ThomasLEWISPassed away peacefully on the 30th December 2016, aged 73 years, surrounded by his loving family. A devoted and much loved husband of Pat, loving father to Neil, Mike, Chris and the late Gayle R I P. A special grandad to 9 grandchildren and a loving father-in-law. Funeral service will take place on Thursday 19th January 2017 in St Peter's Church Swinton at 12 noon, followed by committal in Agecroft Crematorium at 1pm.
