Peacefully in the company of her family at St. David's Hospice, Llandudno aged 68 years and of 5 Fairmount, Old Colwyn formerly of Glan Conwy.
Loving and devoted mum to Rebecca and Stuart, a much loved sister, sister in law and aunt who will be sadly missed, and dear daughter of the late Noel and Mairlys Jones.
Service and committal at Colwyn Bay Crematorium on Tuesday December 19th at 11.00am
