Francis WilliamLEYFrank Passed away peacefully on 31st January 2020, aged 94 years. Devoted husband of Joy, for 69 years. Much loved dad of Jan and Penny. Adored grandad of Stevie and Kate and proud great grandad of Charlie, George and Riley. The family's grateful thanks go to all the staff at The Old Rectory for their care and kindness. Funeral service to be held at St Paul's Chapel, Exeter Crematorium on Thursday 20th February at 4.00pm. Family flowers only please. Donation's to the RNLI may be given at the service.
