DorothyLIDDLEAged 87. Passed away peacefully on 16th December 2019 at Braeside N.H. Beloved wife of the late Donald Liddle. Dear mum to Sue and nan to Paul and Andrew and great-grandma to Eve, Esme, Emily and Georgia. She brought joy and happiness and will be greatly missed. R.I.P. Funeral service will take place at the Parish Church of St Leonard, Middleton on Wednesday 8th January 2020 at 11.00am followed by committal at Middleton Crematorium. Donations if desired, may be made to Dementia UK c/o S.Wellens & Sons. Tel : 0161 643 2677 to whom all enquiries should be made.

For my dear mum Dorothy Liddle. A very loving wife to Donald and the best mum I could’ve wished for. Also much loved by her grandsons, Paul and Andrew who she adored and her great grandchildren Eve,Esme,Emily and Georgia who brought her such joy.
She was loving, fiercely protective of her loved ones, caring, funny and spirited and I miss her all the time but know she is happy and at peace with her greatest love, my dad…To the moon mum..xx
