Heulwen AnnLILESSuddenly at her home on 28th November, Heulwen of Parc Gwyn, Trevaughan, Carmarthen. Loving mother to Ceri and Jay, outstanding Gugu to Cameron, Kayla, Poppy, Esme, Ellie-Rae, Oscar and Charlie, and a caring daughter of the late Dewi and Brenda Evans. Public funeral service at Parc Gwyn Crematorium Narberth on Thursday 15th December at 1.45pm. Donations in lieu of flowers to Fibromyalgia Action UK c/o Delme James, Funeral Director, Pencaer, Bryn Iwan, Cynwyl Elfed, Carmarthen SA33 6TE 01994 484540 / 07974 313719.

A true and beautiful friendship myself snd Heulwen made through Dyfed Fibromyalgia Support Group. We enjoyed many afternoon teas and our weekly swim.
I'm gonna miss you sweet.
