Jason MichaelLOCKYERof Ashcott passed away peacefully at Musgrove Park Hospital on Saturday 5th June 2021 aged 53 years. Beloved husband of Teresa, dearly loved dad of Jake and Molly, loving grandad of Arthur, beloved son of Helen and Michael and dear brother of Scott and Michelle who will be sorely missed by all his family and friends. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic regulations a Private Funeral Service will be held at Sedgemoor Crematorium. Attendance by invitation and family flowers only please.
