ChesterLONGPassed peacefully at the Old Rectory, Old Tiverton Road on 15th May 2023, aged 90 years. Loving and much loved Husband, Dad and Grandpa. Trade Unionist, Labour Councillor and former leader of Exeter City Council. Funeral service to be held at St Peter's Chapel, Exeter Crematorium on Friday 9th June at 1.30pm. Colourful clothing preferred. No flowers please. Donations in Chester's memory will be for Exeter Dementia Action Alliance and may be given at the service by retiring collection or online via their website www.exeterdementia.org.uk Co-op Funeralcare, 119 Cowick Street Exeter EX4 1JD
