Eric HerbertLOVELOCKLOVELOCK.- Eric Herbert. Born 25th June 1932 - Passed away 7th November 2011. And mother-in-law Lilly Sleight Born 8th March 1921 - Passed away 22nd November 2011. I'd just like to say a big thank you to all family and friends for showing your respects to two very well liked and loved people, who will be dearly missed. We all gave them a good send off, just how they'd have liked it, I'm sure you'd agree. May I give my condolences to other family, friends, and anyone in fact, who has had losses recently and over the years. These are tough times, through the festive season especially, but we all need to be strong, pull together and crack on, because that's what they'd have wanted from us. My heart is with you all, hold your heads up high and be proud, like my dad and nanna always did. I'd also like to thank all the carers who looked after my dad and nanna over the last couple of years, family, friends who visit us on a day to day basis, my dads sister Rita and her husband Dick, Carl, Anthony, Keith, Charlie, Tommy, Becky and anyone I've not mentioned. My two lovely sisters Kerry and Lynne who were a huge help to my mum and dad in the latter stages of his life, but most of all, my mum especially who was a true diamond and cared for my dad with all her heart and soul, until he peacefully went to rest. I'm so proud, words can't explain. Love you all in my own little way, all the best to you all. Good night dad and good night nanna, you're both still with us, I know you are.- Colin Eric Lovelock xxx
