JohnLOVERINGPassed away suddenly aged 89 at home on Friday 21st April. Beloved husband to the late Maureen, Dad to John and Jayne, Gramps to Jody, Kelly, Charlotte, Hannah, Leah and Meghan, Great Gramps to Marla, Bonnie, Zac, Theo, Miles, Ronnie, Frank and Nola. Funeral Service to be held at St Peter ad Vincula, Combe Martin at 1.30 pm on Friday 12th May. Family flowers only, donations in Johns memory by retiring collection to be shared between Combe Martin Parish Church and Combe Martin Football Club

Huge condolences to all the family, sending love to you all at this sad time. John was someone who my generation of the village held in the utmost respect and with a certain amount of awe. I know John was utterly "old school" in his attitude towards most things, but had an admirable sense of loyalty and "right". Respected by the majority, unphased by the minority...they broke the mould after John. Back with Maureen and other loved ones again...gone, but most certainly never forgotten xxx
