StephenLOWEPassed away peacefully on Friday, August 24th 2018 following a short illness, aged 35 years.
Beloved son of David Lowe and the late Ann. Brother of Richard and Peter.
The funeral service will take place at St. Margaret of Scotland Chapel, Gloucester Charitable Trust, London Road Gloucester on 18th September at 11am. To be followed at 4pm by interment at the church of St. Michael and All Angels, Lyonshall, Herefordshire.
Everyone is welcome at both services.
Family flowers only but donations if desired to the Down's Syndrome Association.
