FrankLOWEThe family regret to announce the sad news of the death of Frank Lowe, who passed away peacefully at Vine House, Oswaldtwistle, on 27th April aged 92. He will be fondly remembered and much missed by all his friends and family. Thank you to all staff at Vine House for their excellent care in his final days.
