Allan GarforthLUDLOWMr Allan Garforth Ludlow, of Hameldon Road, Loveclough, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, October 15, aged 81. During his career, Allan was an engineer at Lucas Aerospace, Burnley. He enjoyed walking, crown green bowling, gardening and his allotment. He was a member of the CPA Bowling Club and Burnley Walking Club. Allan leaves wife Jean, daughter Janette and son-in-law Darren, grandson Thomas, granddaughter Emily, and their partners Amy and Darryl. Brother Arnold, sisters Marjorie, Ethel, Dorothy, Jean and Florance, sisters-in-law Rita and Gwen, brother-in-law Stephen, and many nieces and nephews. The funeral, on Wednesday, November 3, led by Rev. Rod Bevan, will take place at 1.30pm at St Mary’s and All Saints followed by interment at Rawtenstall Cemetery.
