CarolLUMBERPassed away peacefully at Brookfields private care home on the 18th March 2024, aged 73 years.

Carol will be so greatly missed by all of her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her close friends.

Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 16th April 2.30pm at Markeaton Crematorium.

Family flowers only please but If desired, donations to Monkey World Wareham may be left at the service or given online at www.wathalls.co.uk 01332 345268

It’s hard to put into words how much someone can bring such light to your life and how hard it to understand that it’s time to say goodbye.
Carol was a wonderful person who taught me so much, I am grateful for all you did for me and my family.
You always made time for others and treated people with love and respect. Laughter was never far behind and memories of you will always raise a smile.

Carol, my dearest friend of over 35 years. Heartbroken, but so glad you've been set free. The bonds of true friendship cannot be broken by death, time and space. Until later my forever friend.

An amazing, selfless lady. Carol was genuine, caring and honest, with a great sense of humour! I have so many fond memories of her - too many to count. She will forever hold a special place in the hearts of my family and I.
