OliveLUMSDENPeacefully at Forthbank Care Home on 10th May, 2015, Olive aged 88 years. Beloved wife of the late James, much loved mum of Fiona and Jennifer, loving and proud grandma of Travis and Ashley, a dear sister to Tom and a loving aunt of the family. Sadly missed by all. Family flowers only; donations in lieu in aid of Strathcarron Hospice. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, 19th May at 2.30pm at Falkirk Crematorium to which all friends are respectfully invited.

Sad News...


I'm hoping Jennifer or Fiona will get this message. My name is Laura Warren, and I'm the daughter of Barry Day. I was just preparing my Christmas cards for this year, and I searched your Mum's name only to find this obituary. I realize now she passed away in May 2015. I'm so sorry for your loss. Mr. & Mrs. Lumsden were so kind to me when I was living in Scotland. My Dad had encouraged me to look them up back in 2001 when I was living there. I was so glad I did, and found them - thanks to the help of an old neighbour of theirs. We went for many drives together, and many meals together. They were very proud to show me Scotland.
