So shocked and saddened to hear this news. Such a caring, thoughtful and professional person who enabled the Caldwell's to carry on with their various sports despite injuries. We will be forever grateful as will all the other people you helped in so many ways. Alison, Gareth, Ellen and Liam.

I have just returned from a 2 week holiday, opened a letter about Christopher’s pass, I now have started crying.
I only new Christopher as a patient, but the world is a lesser place for his passing. He treated the problem in my leg/hip in a professional and friendly manner.
I would have liked to have gone to the funeral, to pay my respects, my only regret is that I did not know him longer.
A true man among men!

We were so saddened and shocked to hear of Chris’ untimely passing. He was an excellent physiotherapist who helped our family on numerous occasions over 30 years but most of all he was a lovely man whose caring and thoughtful approach was allied with a dry sense of humour. We shall miss him immensely. The world has lost a good man. RIP Chris.
Ruth, Jak and family.

I am truly saddened to read of Chris leaving this world, my sincere condolences to all his loved ones. Chris was the epitomy of human kindness. He selflessly cared for my parents; nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He shall be dearly missed.
May your onward journey be free of pain, dear Chris.
Our love, the Pal family.
