ConstanceLUNNLUNN - CONSTANCE, On April 5th, 2016. Peacefully in her sleep in the loving care of staff at Woodfield Grange Care Home, Greetland, Connie aged 105 years. Beloved wife of the late Jack Lunn, formerly of Hove Edge, Brighouse, much loved by her family and admired by those who knew her, Connie will be sadly missed. Funeral Service will be held at Park Wood Crematorium, on Friday 22nd April at 12 noon. Family flowers only please but donations in lieu would be appreciated for The Resident's Fund at Woodfield Grange, for which purpose a box will be provided.
