Husband of Hilary, dear father of Neil, Jeremy, Erika, Frances and Dianna and a dear father-in-law and loving grandad. Funeral service in Guisborough Parish Church on Thursday May 25th at 11.00am, followed by interment at New Wortley Cemetery Leeds. Will relatives and friends please meet at Church. I knew Granville well at school and we were close friends for a couple of years, though had our differences later. We were also contemporaries at Cambridge, though he was a year junior to me there. Very sorry to hear of his death. I shall remember him.

I did not know until today that Granville passed away. He used to be my mentor at PPC in 1986/87 when I stayed at Hilary's and his home for a short while to work as a German language assisstant. Loads of love, Thomy
