Douglas MatthewLYTHGOEDougie sadly died on the 9th July at Warrington Hospital, aged 69. He died suddenly with his daughter Hayley holding his hand. Deeply loved and will be eternally missed by his children Jason, Joanne, Matthew and Hayley. He was also a cherished brother, grandad, uncle, nephew and a friend to many. Dougie will be remembered for his hilarious sense of humour, his amazing singing voice and his big heart. Dougie will now be at peace in the loving arms of his mum who he missed dearly, every day and reunited with his two special dogs, Lexi and Paco, who were his best companions. The funeral will be held on the 31st July at 11.20am at Walton Lea Crematorium, Chester Road, Higher Walton, Warrington, WA4 6TB. As Dougie liked bright colours, we are asking those who attend to wear black but with a touch of colour. Donations if desired to the British Heart Foundation or PDSA. This bond cannot be broken, made of love so pure. Death does not break the bond, it lives on forever more. We will hold you in our hearts, until we can hold you in heaven.
