JackyMACCORMACKMacCORMACK - JACKY (Mrs Mac), . Peacefully at home surrounded by her family on 27th April, 2021, aged 86 years. Wife of the late David, loving mum of Andrew and Lynn, beloved grandma and G G. She will be missed for her sense of fun and unconditional love for all her family. Due to current restrictions, a private funeral service will be held for Jacky at St Dyfnog's Church, Llanrhaeadr followed by committal at Denbighshire Memorial Park Crematorium, St Asaph. Donations via Jacky's family will be gratefully received for Macmillan Nurses.
