Irene MaryMACHINIt is with great sadness that the family of Irene Mary Machin shares the news of her passing on 3rd April 2024 at the age of 93 years.
Her strong, social conscience and commitment to education touched the hearts and minds of the many who knew her. Her spirit of determination and commitment to the many causes she supported, along with her kindness and sense of humour, will be missed. Irene's passing marks the end of a generation. She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Ivan and Aubrey and their families Lorena, Carla, Lucas, Lisa, Jamie, Lilly, nieces Linda, Heather, Christine and nephew, Martin.
Irene's graveside service shall take place on Monday 29th April 2024 at 11.00am within Great Ayton Cemetery. All are welcome to attend.
