JuneMACKAY - (CROMARTY)June passed away peacefully, with her loving family by her side, at Raigmore Hospital on Tuesday 21st May 2026, aged 79 years.

Beloved wife of Kenneth (Totter) Mackay, devoted mum of Wanda, Vicky and Kenneth, mother-in-law, cherished granny of Connor, Cody and Kelsey, much loved aunty, cousin and a good friend to many.

June will be forever remembered for her strong family values and her kind generous heart.

A celebration of June's life will be held at Cromarty New Wester Burial Ground on Wednesday 3rd June 2026, commencing at 10.30 a.m. All family and friends respectfully invited.

Family flowers only, but a donation, if desired, can be made online or at the service for The Salvation Army.

I have fond memories of going to Cromarty as a child, spending time with all of the family who lived there. June was a huge presence in our lives, always up for a laugh and willing to help anyone. She took great care of her family and will be sadly missed. Thinking of Totter, Wanda, Kenneth, Vicky and her grandchildren at this sad time. Cromarty will never be the same.

Rest in peace June, such a kind caring woman, was so kind and helpful to my Mum when she moved in Cromarty. Forever thankful for her friendship to my Mum. Many fun nights at the Cromarty Arms bingo nights.
