Shetty, colleagues and all at Apple Tree Medical, David's lovely carers, QMC Ward 47B, Doctor N Bajaj, Dr C Andrews, City Hospital, nurses and medics for all their caring and dedication during David's illness, and to A.W. Lymn for their support and professionalism. Any donations were given to Parkinsons UK and British Red Cross in memory of David. RIP.
