A truly lovely man who saved our son's life in 1993, by removing a burst appendix. We were so sad to learn of his passing and send our deepest sympathy to the family. Martin Mackenzie was a warm,kind man who had the remarkable ability of putting children and young people at ease. A truly talented and inspirational surgeon.
