Jacqueline (Nee McLean)MADDISONPassed away peacefully in St. Oswalds Hospice on 20th October, aged 60 years. A much loved mother of Claire and Laura, beloved sister of David and Liz, adored grandma of Abby, Beth, Lennon, Harry and Ella. Loved and supported by dear friends and family through her long illness. A private service will take place at West Road Crematorium on Monday 2nd November and the family ask you to think of happy memories of Jackie on this day. Donations gratefully received in lieu of flowers to St. Oswalds Hospice.
