PhyllisMALLETTMALLETT, Phyllis. Passed away peacefully on Monday, 10th Novem- ber, 2003 at Lincoln County Hospital, aged 91 years. Loving mum to Brian, Phillip and Robert, mother-in-law to Ann, Susan and Mary and a much loved grandma. A special thank you to all the care workers and staff at Fosse House who have looked after Mum over the last few years. Regards to all staff in attendance on Johnson Ward. Funeral arrange- ments to follow.
