Reunited with her beloved Mother Christina, a wonderful Mum to Donna, Stephen, Christina and Brian, a cherished Sister to Lynne, Michael, Christine, Elaine and David, a treasured Grandma to Ryan, Kyle, Scarlett, Ben, Ronnie, Ava, Isabel, Violet, Harry and Eliza and also a dear Mother In Law, Sister In Law and Aunt. Pat will be deeply missed but forever remembered by all her loving family and friends.
