Simon PhilipMALTBYOn 3rd June 2013, peacefully in Lincoln County Hospital aged 53 following a short illness. Beloved husband of the late Karen, son of the late Doris and Ernest, much loved father, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and nephew. Simon will be hugely missed by his family and many friends. Funeral service will be held at 2.00pm on Tuesday 25th June at St. James Church, Louth followed by interment at Louth Cemetery. Thanks to all the staff on Waddington Unit.
