MALTBYJeffrey (Jeff) Douglas Aged 77 years. Husband of the late Phyllis and Father to Jolyon, Matthew and Kate and Grandad to Amelie. Jeff passed away peacefully in his sleep after a short illness and will be sadly missed by all family and friends. Funeral service to be held at St Martins Trevose Gardens Sherwood NG5 3FU on 24th August at 9.30 am followed by committal at Wilford Hill Crematorium Main Chapel at 10.40 am.
