Erika AnnelieseMALTEN(nee Büchling) Departed this life at the age of 95 on 29th of April, 2021. Treasured wife of the late Michael and beloved mother of Alexandra and Annette (Douglas), also a dear Omi to Michael, William and Cameron. Erika will be fondly missed by all family and friends. A private funeral service will be held at 3.15 pm on Monday May 17th at the chapel in Haycombe. Donations in memory of Erika may be made directly to Dorothy House Hospice Care or Julian House Homeless Charity.

Dear Annette, Alex, Doug, Michael, Will and Cameron - we were so sad to learn of Erika's passing. She was such a lovely person, amazing really, and we so enjoyed her company the few times that we had with her over the years. We'll never forget the time we were snowed in and stayed for an extra 3 days! Even then she walked with us to the store to forage for food - she was always moving forward.
