Millie passed away peacefully at Nightingale House Hospice on 31st January 2025, aged 58 years.

A Beloved Wife to Alan. A Loving Mum to Lucy. A Cherished Sister to Molly and Tom. An Adored Aunty and Great-Aunty. A Best Friend to Yvonne and Anita and a very good friend to many.

Millie will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends.

Funeral Service to take place on Monday 24th February 2025 at 1:00PM at Saint Mary Without-the-Walls, Handbridge. Followed by a private Burial at Plas Acton Cemetery.

Family flowers only please however donations to Nightingale House Hospice would be gratefully received.

Millie was the loveliest, kindest person. It was a privilege to have known her. I met her through her work with the NHS. She supported me through many dark times, I will always remember the laughter and some tears we shared during the 7 years I knew her. I will treasure always the 'Little Book of Afternoon Teas' she gave me, which she had illustrated so beautifully. I miss her with all my heart and thank her for everything. A beautiful woman inside and out.

Thankyou Mills for being a wonderful friend and a gorgeous human being. It's been an honour and priveldege knowing and growing with you for the past 40+ years from wild childs to mothers. Cheers to the very many happy times and laughter we have shared together, the times we have leaned on each other and everything in between. Warm memories that will live on forever. Love you Millie. Gone too soon. Now go dance in the moonlight Mills, I'll be watching (but not in a creepy way). xxx

Millie was so precious, her heart was so kind & loving.
The love she had for her family & friend's (which I'm glad to have had a special nick name we share.) Were her Insperation and her Rock.
Life will not be the same, no more inner Millie Sunshine. Thank you and Goodnye for now xx
