Passed away peacefully on 10th November 2023, aged 88 years.

Much loved husband of Joyce. Father to Andrew and Cheryl. Grandfather to Stefan and Sebastian.

A Service of Thanksgiving will be held at St Catharine's Church, Gloucester on Wednesday 6th December at 2pm.

Derek and I were very good friends. We shared a room in our first year at college. I had the privilage to be his best man when he married Joyce and then some time later he was my best man at my wedding and he was brilliant. We have kept in touch since perticularly at Christmas but when we both had young families we had a few holifays together in Cornwall. I've lost a good friend.
