Requiem Mass to take place on Thursday 5th November at 12 noon at Christ the King, Queens Drive, followed by committal at Springwood Crematorium, Rosemary Chapel at 1.30pm.
Family flowers only please by request, donations can be made in lieu to Alder Hey Children's Hospital in Patricia's memory.
