Jim and Wendy Burley will always remember Ces and the kind and caring thoughts he always had for our family. Always available to help out, to share our joys and our sorrows. What a lovey man who will be missed by us and by Honey who adored him.

I am very saddened to hear of the loss of my dear Uncle Cecil. My Mother Shirley was his older half sister. I remember my Uncle, named after their late father Cecil A.G. Manning, as such a handsome, charming and funny person. It is a great loss and I'm sending all my love and sympathies to Aunt Lynn, cousin Jo and cousin Paul. Love Janet
