If I'd known it was the last time I'd see you walk out the door, I would have called you back and held on to you once more, I would have taken the time to stop you and say I love you, instead of just presuming you would always know I do. Only if I'd have known it was the last chance to share your day, I would have clung to every second instead of letting it slip away, 'Bye Mum, see you later', was the last thing I would hear, you would never be around again with those who hold you dear. Please don't take your kids for granted, even though we should go first, nothing is ever promised, nothing guaranteed on their day of birth, don't waste a second with them and always tell them how you feel, because sometimes unthinkable nightmares do actually become real. I would give the rest of my life for one more day with you son. We all miss you so much. All our love Mum, Dad, Sharon, Ryan and Jake xxxxxx.
