I used to go to Lanza's a few years ago and Mark was my stylist, he was a great guy always laughing, since then everytime i passed by Lanza's he would always put his hand up and say hello, he will be sadly missed.

I can only offer my support to those closest to Mark who have lost this great person.

I have lived in Sileby for two years and Mark was one of the first people I met having never lived in the area. He cut my hair at Lanza and I was absolutely devastated when I heard the news.

This is a big blow to the community, the amount of people that used to beep in thier cars and wave when passing the hairdressers to Mark is an indication to me of how much this man will be missed.

I'm sad about the whole tragedy and whilst I don't believe Mark can ever be replaced I hope people can remember him for what he gave to people; an ear to listen, a positive attitude, and you always felt better after speaking to him.

A truly tragic event and one which I'm sure will leave sadness for some time in everyone who knew him.

This shouldn't have happened.
