Rebecca (Becky)MARSDENMARSDEN - REBECCA (BECKY) (Nee Gilligan), March 18, 2019. Passed away suddenly aged 45 years. Loving Mother of Harry. Much loved Daughter and Sister to Hilary, Helen and Andrea. Will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. The funeral service will take place at St Ann's Church, Rainhill on Tuesday 16th April 2019 at 10.30am, followed by a burial at Greenacres Cemetery & Ceremonial Park. Family flowers only by request, donations if desired to Alder Hey Children's Hospital. All enquiries to Gornalls Funeral Services, 3 West Street, Prescot, L34 1LE. Tel: 0151 426 6069.

So sorry to hear of the death of the most approachable and lovely doctor. She saw me at my lowest and was an absolute rock and tonic. I was greatly saddened to hear of her death and will always remember her with great affection. My thoughts are very much with her son, Harry.

Dr Marsden, I want to thank you so much for the great kindness and compassion you showed me when my late partner passed away in July 2018. You helped me greatly at a time when I felt so terribly alone. Thank you so much, I will never forget how caring you were. Rest In Peace. Kate
