JanMARSDENPeacefully on 5th November 2022, surrounded by her family at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital Grimsby. Loving wife of Greg. Much loved and devoted mum of Beth, Imsie and Lewis. Very dearly loved and respected by all her family and friends and will be very sadly missed. The service is to take place at Corpus Christi Church on Friday 25th November 2022 at 9:45am followed by private committal. Jan is resting at Alexanders Funeral Care, Alexander House, 70 Carr Lane, Grimsby, DN32 8JP. Family flowers only please by request, or if so desired donations in lieu made payable to MacMillan Cancer Support, 79, Ancaster Ave, Scartho, DN33 3LP. Colourful and casual dress would be appreciated by the family, even jeans! Everyone will be welcome to stay at the church hall to celebrate the life of Jan.

So many happy memories of working with Jan at Holton-le-Clay. She demonstrated such dedication to the children there and created so many memorable experiences for them. My sincere condolences to Greg, Beth and Imogen who Jan always took such great pride in.

Being a year two teacher I worked alongside Jan over a number of years during the children's transition from the Infant school to the Juniors. I have happy memories of shared activities; especially the fantastic African drumming and the sleepover at the Deep.
Our thoughts are with Jan's family at this sad time.
