PeterMARSDENPassed peacefully at Haslingden Hall on December 5, aged 86.
A much-loved father to Dominic and to the late
Paul, father-in-law to Sue and Helen, grandfather of
Kate and Louise, and a much-loved uncle.
He will be greatly missed.
Peter touched so many lives and was a positive
influence towards so many through his work as
a headteacher, and his voluntary work with The
Country Trust.
Peter was a popular member of Sunnybank Bowling Club where he helped take care of the green and was a keen bowler.
Peter’s funeral will take place at Haslingden St Mary’s on Monday, December 30 at
11am (TBC) followed by burial at Haslingden Cemetery.
Donations in Peter’s memory are welcomed for
Dementia UK.
