Hi Ben and Katie, I first met your Dad at Redcar Jazz Club in the late 60's, then again when I went to work in O.R.M.F. in the late 70's, where I also met you both. In recent years I've caught up often with John for a coffee in Saltburn, to reminisce, and put the world to rights. I will miss him lots, he was always good company, we would talk, and laugh, for ages. Love to you all, and Rest In Peace John X

Hi Ben & Katie....very sad to hear this sad news. I caught up with John in June last year a couple of times and had some great conversations and walk along Saltburn front. Sad to loose a neighbour, friend, back yard cricketer and fellow Jazz Club fan. Many great memories watching the bands of 60s & 70s. "keep on rockin in the free world"....Graham Watson NZ
