Susan JillMASKELLDied August 1st 2023, peacefully at her home in Llangybi, Pwllheli, after a short illness aged 71 years. Loving wife of Hugh McDermott, mother to Emma & Chloe, mother-in-law to Garry. Nain to Jack, Lily, Charlie & Allie-Ann, sister to Jennifer. Formerly Head of Children's Services for Conwy Council. Funeral service Wednesday the 16th of August 2023 at St Padarn's Church, Llanberis at 12pm, followed by committal at Bangor Crematorium for 1.30pm. Family flowers only, donations will be gratefully received towards Melanoma Focus. Further enquiries to Paragon Funeral Directors, Penygroes. 01286 881 565.

We are all saddened to hear of the loss of a dearest cousin. Sue was a fondly remembered bridesmaid at our wedding, and will be sadly missed. God bless. June and Ken Hopkins and family.

Just heard the very sad news about Sue. I spent many years working with Sue. A wonderful lady so dedicated to protecting children in the Conwy area. I learnt so much from her. Sue was very supportive too. RIP Sue you will be greatly missed. My condolences to all her family. Alison (retired 590 NWP)
