Rev John PeterMASON(North Shields) - Died peacefully on 25th May 2023, aged 62 years. John was a loving and devoted husband, father, father-in-law, grandad, son, son-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend who touched the lives of so many people through his humble care and pastoral heart as he served as a Methodist Minister. John approached the last 2 years of his illness so positively knowing "God is with us." There will be a cremation first at Tynemouth Crematorium on Friday 9th June at 1.30pm, followed by a service of Thanksgiving at North Shields Methodist Church at 2.15pm. All are welcome at either or both. Refreshments at the church to follow. At John's request wear something comfortable, it doesn't need to be black. Donations in lieu of flowers via the family or on the day at the church to North Shields Methodist Church these can be gift aided.
