George RoyMASSEYRoy passed away peacefully on 30th September 2022, aged 88 years. Cherished husband of Cath, Loving dad of Jane and David. Much loved Granddad of Robert. Roy was a former employee of Frederick Smith & Co and later Newton St Post Office. Roy will be sadly missed by all his family and friends Funeral Service will take place at Old Chapel, Manchester Crematorium on Thursday 20th October 2022 at 3pm. Family flowers only. Donations if desired in Roy's memory to Millstream Animal Shelter Manchester. All enquires to C Taylor Funeral Directors Tel 0161 223 0793.

In memory of you Dad and all the pets you have known and loved from the several 'Bonnies' to Fat Patch. Each of your pets has been lucky to have you. You always loved animals saying they were 'all God's creatures' We will look after Patch and the birds and squirrels in your garden won't go hungry.

You will be sadly missed Roy by both myself, Oliver & the children! The kids adored shouting at you over the fence or you shouting and waving through the windows when covid was around! The conversations we all shared with you and your wicked sense of humour will always be treasured. You will fondly be remember and sadly missed. When I think of you I can just hear you shouting "Ohhh hello love" in your lovely, friendly & warm voice! I will miss the banter about Oliver always working and being a busy man!
