Emilio FernandoMATASSAEmilio, who put up an unbelievable fight after a long illness, passed away peacefully with his wife by his side, on Sunday 5th May 2024, aged 66 years. Reunited with his late mam and late father, Ilda and Giuseppe. Loyal brother to Graziano. Loving husband to Gillian. Adored dad to Anastasia, Marika, Sylvarna, Valentina and Michelina. Treasured grandad to Dannie, Taylor, the late Ethan, Lexi-May, Jayden and Kaylon. Caring great grandad to Kodi, Macie, Teddy, Willow, Pixie-Rae and Meadow. He will be sadly missed by all. Riposa In Pace Funeral service to be held at Trent Valley Crematorium, Aston on Trent on Thursday 6th June 2024 at 12.30pm. All family and friends welcome. As Emilio was such a bright character, bright attire to be worn. Family flowers only please. Donations are invited for the Renal Unit at The Royal Derby Hospital, who the family cannot thank enough for all they did for Emilio. These can be made online at www.georgesimnett.co.uk or may be given at the service.
