JamesMATHESONMATHESON The Very Rev. Dr. James Gunn Matheson (widower, beloved husband of Nettie), aged 95 years. Peacefully, after a short illness, at the Royal Infirmary, Edinburgh, on Sunday, October 28, 2007. Dearly loved father of Peter, Patricia, Lindsay, Ellie and David and his son and daughters-in-law. Greatly loved grandfather and proud great-grandfather. Dearly loved brother of Christine, Barbara and Norman, who remain from family of ten children. He will be greatly missed, but remembered with joy by many, far and wide. With grateful thanks to all at Ward 107, R.I.E. for all their loving care. Funeral service will be held in Portree Parish Church, on Friday, November 2, 2007, at 2 p.m., thereafter to Portree Cemetery.
