Extra special thanks must go to the wonderful staff on Ward 407 R.D.H for the exceptional care given to Jim, and for all the support and respect shown to me through my laughter and tears. To Rev. James Lindsay for a service Jim would have loved, and to G. E. Simnett and Wendie for the most professional and sensitive manner in which the funeral arrangements were made, and conducted.
