James Alan (JIM)MATTHEWSJim Matthews died peacefully at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital on Monday 25th December 2023 aged 85 years.

Beloved Husband of Pat, much loved Father to Troy-Donna, Sharon & Angie. Cherished Papa to James, Leah, Ethan, Isabel & Jamie and Loved Bampsy to Paul, Joseph & Leigh. Loving Big Brother to Colin & Grace. Wonderful Father-in-Law to Simon, Sean & David.

Funeral Service to take place at Gloucester Crematorium on Monday 22nd January 2024 at 2pm followed by a celebration of Jim's life at Wotton Hall.

Family Flowers only. Donations in lieu of Flowers to Cancer Research may be sent c/o SC & BS Cocks, 59 Hucclecote Road, Hucclecote, Gloucester. GL3 3TL

I'm just so terribly sad 😔.
You were such an adorable man. We had many good laughs at the Haywain when Geoff was alive. He too, thought the world of you and you both enjoyed a pint or two. 🍻.

My dad was my best friend and my hero. It doesn’t seem real my dad has left us. I love him so much and my heart is broken into a million pieces. Love and miss you so much. Your loving daughter Sharon x x
