David JohnMATTHEWSof Teversham, formerly Fulbourn, passed away peacefully in his sleep on the morning of 31 December 2024 aged 57 years.
A very special and kind son to Linda and Malcolm, beloved brother to Tracey and Lisa, a dear brother-in-law to Chris and Keith, loving grandson to Thelma, wonderful uncle to Jamie, Ryan, Leanne, Emily, Connor and Kerri, great uncle to Cobie and Sofia. He will be sadly missed by all his family members and friends.

Funeral service will take place at the Townley Memorial Hall, Fulbourn, Cambridge CB21 5BS on Wednesday 29 January 2025 at 12 noon followed by a private interment at Fulbourn Cemetery.

Family flowers only, donations if preferred to Diabetes UK on the day or via the link inmemory.diabetes.org.uk/fundraising/david-matthews2025

David was a very good friend to me at Bottisham village college. We had lots of fun times together and a real love of horses! One of the last times I saw David, was I think at his 30th Birthday party at the Townley Hall! Thinking of you all at this sad time. Helen Worman was (Seymour). XxxX
